4. How do I delete my account?

6. SSH in my tariff?

It depends on the tariff you have chosen. Of course, if the SSH service is included in the tariff, you are entitled to use it. When choosing a tariff, pay attention to the plus and minus colors green and red at the very beginning. Plus means that the service is included in your tariff

7. Is it possible to take money back?

Of course, you can claim your money back if the reason is genuinely respectful. To do this, you need to contact the support group. And explain the reason. This service applies to those who make an advance payment for the year. We can only refuse if you want to return the money for the months in which you have used our services.

8. How long can I use this service?

This depends on the chosen tariff. You can extend your plan every month, every year, or make a down payment for several years. When choosing a product in the shopping cart, you determine for how many months you will need hosting or a server. 


9. How is the payment made?

After switching to the shopping cart in the second phase, you will be asked to select a payment method -  PayPal. MasterCard. Visa-Karte. Bank Transfer.  You can choose any method above. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, it will take some time for your order to be registered and in standby payment mode. This means that you can use the server after you have transferred the required amount to our bank account via the bank. You can see on the last payment step. The administration needs to confirm your payment. Therefore, after paying by bank transfer, it is advisable to inform you that you have paid to the support group. You can track the payment confirmation in the "Orders" section of your account on our website. But even if you are not informed about the payment, we will know from your personal data whether you have paid or not.

1. What if I don't pay on time?

You will receive warnings and can then be disconnected from our services. We don't complain to our customers or take them to court, that's our advantage over others.

6. Can I give someone else's address in the contract?

We do not advise you to do this, because if you restore your rights to this account, you will no longer be able to prove it in the future and letters will be sent to someone else's address.

7. Can I remain anonymous in the contract?

Yes, of course you can tell us this need and we will not use your real name but replace it with the one you would like to have (but we still need to know your real name when we accept payments).

8. In which cases can the contract be terminated? 

If you violate the terms of the contract, conduct an anti-state corruption program, or participate in activities that are being prosecuted by law enforcement agencies.
